This year we have ordered limited-edition 2009 Beach Bash T-shirts for sale. They will be first-come, first-served and available for $15. All of the proceeds will be going towards our cause. Get to the event early as they will go quickly!

Our event host, Doug Rose, of Emergency Plumbing, has agreed to shave his head bald if we can raise an additional $1000 between 3-9pm. There will be a bucket for this cause at the event. Let’s all chip in to get his head all shiny!

Delaware Cab Company will be available to run you home from 10pm-1am. They are donating part of the fares received to our cause. Thanks DCC!

For those of you who get your ticket early, please write your name on the back if you would like to be considered for the Grand Prize raffle. Thanks!

New this year: kids are invited as well. They will need a ticket to get in, as this is a fund raiser. We are asking that anyone under 21 to leave the event after the Grand Prize raffle. Only those over 21 will have wrist bands, and anyone trying to stick around after the raffle without a wrist band will be asked to leave.

All day activities include: Cornhole, Eatin’ and drinkin’, Swimming, various raffles throughout the day and DJ Greg Snoffer.

3pm Gate Open

3:30-6:30pm Music: Station Break

3-10pm Dunk tank open

4pm Limbo contest

5pm Cake eating contest

7pm Grand Prize raffle, after raffle all persons under 21 must exit event

7-10pm Music: The Cover Band

9pm Limbo contest

Midnight Last call for alcohol

1am Gates closed and event concludes
